We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the centre. The absolute foundation of our daughter's development and progress has been due to the care of Miss Danielle. I want to thank Play to Learn for being a wonderful, nurturing environment and for taking such amazing care of my daughter. It has been an emotional journey for me to send her into care so I could return to work, but knowing she is so well taken care of makes it that much easier.
Every time I have had a question, it has always been answered by email or phone. It has never taken longer than a day to get back to me.
Communication via the app is second to none. From direct messages, daily updates, photos, and community posts for the families. I have left the centre sad some mornings and have always received a message shortly after reassuring me that my child is okay and settled.
My son loves his educators and they have worked hard to gain his trust and make him feel safe.
Miss Danielle is a stand-out educator. She has been incredible with my daughter from day one, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her. My youngest has Miss Danielle as his educator, and she still gives the same loving energy. All the educators are amazing, so you can tell they have a special bond with each child.
Miss Danielle is very connected with my daughter and the other children in her class. She is competent, empathetic and very observant regarding my daughter's needs. Danielle is an absolute asset to the centre.
My daughter attached herself like Velcro to Tara; it is clear that from day one, Tara has been her safe place. She does love the other educators, but Tara was there on her first day, and they have been besties ever since! Kellie has also spent time and effort helping my daughter sleep longer at the centre. I adore the educators; all of them are kind and reassuring.
The Play to Learn educators have shown nothing but love and commitment to helping our daughter settle into care. She now walks into the centre and embraces the educators with hugs, and I can see she feels secure with them. I have also been contacted and asked about her interests and how they can support her.
The educators show a lot of commitment to my child and display a lot of knowledge.
I think the new centre is exceptional and it is evident the thought that has gone into every aspect of the design.
Play to Learn takes my child's health and safety very seriously. Whether that is ensuring families are advised of illnesses within the centre to help prevent the spread. The design of the centre also has children's safety in mind.
